Registration and fees

EURAU values the discussion among participants and therefore we kindly ask participants to the conference to be present and actively participate in the sessions at UMA. The fees of the symposium will cover the basic expenses of the symposium, conference proceedings and publication of selected papers. 

Registration fees apply in the following cases: 

• Every single author who participates in the Symposium (Academic/Professional or PhD student). If one paper is presented by one than more authors, and both are participating to the conference, the first author pays the full fee and second/third, other author pays the fee as companion - please specify in the registration form what is the Id number of the abstract (assigned from the UOU platform submission).
• If no author can participate in the Symposium, the payment of one fee will ensure the publication of the extended abstract in the conference proceedings as a contribution to the Symposium. 
• General audience participating in the Symposium

Academic and Professional: 

Early bird Participation fee: 2750 SEK (Including VAT)  
Standard Participation fee: 3250 (Including VAT)

Student (includes PhD students): 

Early bird Participation fee: 1500 (Including VAT)
Standard Participation fee: 2000 (Including VAT) 

Companion and General Audience:
Early bird Participation fee: 1125 SEK (Including VAT)
Standard Participation fee: 1500 SEK (Including VAT)

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all parallel sessions
• Admission to all keynote’s conferences
• Access to EURAU26 Proceedings (digital format of the extended abstracts)
• Author Certificate / Attendance Certificate (for general public and accompanying persons)
• All events including: welcome event, lunches, coffee breaks, excursion (optional event)
• Social dinner

ACCOMMODATION

You may choose to add accommodation during the registration process, but it is not mandatory.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Swedish tax law requires all delegates for a physical conference to pay the conference fees including 25% VAT. You may be able to reclaim this VAT. Please contact your local tax authority or the Swedish Tax Agency for any further questions specifically related to Swedish VAT refunds. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard are accepted) or invoice.  

Foreign Participants (non Swedish):

GDPR
The conference organizers handle all personal data according to the GDPR law. By accepting this agreement, you agree that your submitted contact details may be used for purposes related to the EURAU symposium and UOU Scientific Journal.
