Our research environment focuses on school leadership, governance, organisation, and working conditions. We study how principals and school leaders can create sustainable conditions for learning, lead pedagogical development, and manage complex organisational challenges. The research is both national and international, and we participate in several global networks to contribute knowledge that strengthens school leader development in Sweden and around the world.
