Clean-up

After the data has been transferred to the archive server, it must be removed from all other locations:

• Hard disks, USB sticks
• The researcher’s computer
• Dictaphones
• Backup – has the data been duplicated to M365?
• Collaboration space on Teams/M365
• Survey program
• Zoom/Teams recordings, saved on computer or in Teams
• Skyddade dokument
• Phones, photos, videos

Remember that phones, hard drives and Dictaphones must be formatted to ensure that all data is erased. Simply deleting the files is not enough.
