ENAIBLER - Enabling AI-driven public sector

Artificial intelligence (AI) is acknowledged as one of the gamechangers in the digitisation of territories and the public sector can play a vital role if it is empowered in the use of AI which it is the main objective of Interreg Europe funded ENAIBLER project.

ENAIBLER brings together eight partners from five EU regions, including regional and local authorities responsible of the policy instruments addressed and supported by development agencies and a university to work in the digital transformation of their area.

Our project partners will assist public sector organisations to unlock the benefits of AI and the implementation of more open, transparent and ethical policies and services.

Objective

To better understand how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used in an efficient, safe and transparent way in the development of improved public policies and services.

The ENAIBLER project is:

  • Involving local authorities in the development and application of AI at the heart of their services in an ethical, fair and secure way
  • Developing digital support policies for territories at national and European level by appropriating AI technology
  • Foster the adoption of AI by being both a consumer and a promoter of services for the benefit of all sectors.
