The Scandinavian Symposium of Work and Organizational Psychology is a new and exciting conference that provides an opportunity for researchers interested in work and organizational psychology to meet and discuss current topics in the field. The conference is organized by Scandinavian Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and is a way to build a community among Scandinavian researchers in the field, while simultaneously strengthening the connection to outstanding researchers in Europe and the world. We envision it to become a unique forum where a small and competitively selected group of scholars and doctoral students will have the opportunity to engage in an active dialogue and draw insights on work and organizational psychology from different theories, methods, and perspectives.
