This workshop focuses on how generative AI is affecting the teacher’s role in the planning, delivery and development of teaching in higher education.
Drawing on pedagogical and didactical choices, we will explore how AI can be used, evaluated or deliberately excluded in relation to the aims of teaching. Particular attention will be paid to how these choices influence students’ learning, interaction and engagement. The aim is to strengthen professional judgement and support the development of a reflective and sustainable approach to the use of AI in teaching practice.
