Arctic Security Forum 2026 brings together leading experts, policymakers, industry representatives and researchers to address some of the most pressing security challenges in the Arctic today. The forum will take place in Oulu on 16–17 June and offers a unique platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration across sectors.

The programme focuses on three key themes: total defence, transportation, and preparedness in the North. In addition to keynote presentations from high-level speakers, participants will engage in co-creation workshops designed to foster new partnerships, projects and concrete initiatives.

The event is particularly relevant for researchers, public authorities, industry actors and others working with Arctic issues, security policy, infrastructure and regional development. It is also of interest to anyone seeking to better understand the rapidly changing geopolitical landscape in the Arctic and its implications for society.

By participating, you gain insights into current challenges and opportunities in the Arctic, while also contributing to shaping future collaborations and solutions.
