Professor Harris is visiting CEDAR at Umeå University and works together with Liselotte Eriksson and Lars Fredrik Andersson. Bernard Harris gives this talk as reciever of Skytteanska Samfundet's stipend for guest researchers.
The seminar is in English and the title of the Harris talk is: "Parsimony and pauperism: poor relief in England, Scotland and Wales in the nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries".
