First winter in Sweden and Umeå? Worried about the dark and the cold? It’s undeniably challenging, which is why we want to give a lecture with some good advice on how to get through the winter and even feel good! You will learn how the body is affected by the dark and how you should dress warmly to cope with the winter.
Maximum 60 participants. No registration.
