This is the seventh workshop in the series, Orchestrating the master’s thesis.

These are general introductory workshops geared towards students who currently are or will be writing a master’s thesis.

Language features covered in
workshop will focus on stance and engagement in the Discussion section and reporting,
commenting and suggesting in the Conclusion section.

The first hour of each workshop covers the purpose and the how to of writing different sections in the master’s thesis as well as providing some tips and strategies.
The second hour provides an opportunity to stay and apply what was covered in the first hour to own material as well as ask questions and receive feedback from the instructor.

Workshops must be signed up for in advance and space is limited to 25 students/workshop. Students can attend one, several or all of the workshops. Once you have signed up for the workshop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Registration is binding.
If a workshop is full, you can e-mail a request to be placed on the waiting list.
