Abstract
A path to Responsible AI leadership may begin with curiosity and the drive to explore and challenge assumptions. What started as a personal inquiry into AI bias has evolved into policy change while gaining empirical insights into how organizations advance Responsible AI through employee stakeholder engagement. Now, the next opportunity is here: Connecting Minnesotans to Responsible AI.
This talk explores how purpose, intentional engagement, workforce readiness, and collaborative leadership can spark a Responsible AI movement, empowering businesses, policymakers, and individuals to leverage AI’s potential while safeguarding our precious resources.
The way leaders engage with Responsible AI is just as important as the subjects we explore and how we lead through them. Join me as I share my personal journey, leadership lessons, and how I’m helping the state of Minnesota prepare to adopt and embrace Responsible AI practices.
