Pitch 1: Aftab Nadeem, Research Fellow in the Department of Molecular Biology
Interested in: collaborators to help find protein receptors and inhibitors for pore-forming protein toxins.
Pitch 2: Barbora Parizkova, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Forest Genetics and Plant Physiology, UPSC, SLU
Interested in: finding collaborators to help develop a system of machine-learning-based high-throughput confocal image analysis of various stages or lateral root development - and any other out-of-the-box feedback.
Pitch 3: Jakob Hultgren, Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics
Interested in: cross-disciplinary collaboration - identifying real world problems in image processing, potentially within medicine, biology or other fields.
