IceLab Affiliate Cemal Erdem will give a talk in IceLab titled 'Large-scale computational modeling with cancer omics data' on January 16th at 13.30.
In this talk, Cemal will discuss how integrative analysis of omics datasets - using mechanistic and/or statistical models - can generate actionable insights for cancer therapy. He will mostly focus on the earlier, the large-scale mechanistic models they construct and address the question of how we can prioritize drug combinations for precision treatment if given patient omics data.
