Welcome to a Mid Seminar with Janica Jokela, where she will talk about her PhD project entitled "Reclaiming and maintaining Meänkieli in the context of early childhood education in Sweden".
The thesis examines policy processes related to the implementation of Meänkieli teaching in early childhood education, and how this takes shape locally through the experiences and practices of families, educators, and institutions.
