At the seminar on Friday Guilherme will together with is co-author Jeffrey Mitchell, Dept. of sociology, present their paper with the title “ Long-term Deadly Impacts of Redlining: An examination of people killed by police in American cities” and is available here https://osf.io/preprints/socarxiv/fu8rg . The paper deals with geographical aspects of fatal encounters with the police in the US, using census data along with geo-located data of incidents over 20 years.
