Time Wednesday 30 January, 2019 at 11:30 - 13:00
Place N460, Natural Sciences Building

Welcome to a seminar about Grants for Teaching Sabbatical and Teaching Sabbatical - two grant programmes by STINT - aimed to give researchers and teachers who are passionate about education, the possibility to stay at a university outside Europe.

The purpose is to offer international experiences relevant to the teaching role rather than the research one, to contribute to educational renewal and change at the Swedish higher education institutions.

Karin Forslund, Programme Manager at STINT, talks about the two programmes and gives tips and advice prior to application.

Katarina Winka, associate professor at the Centre for Educational Development, and Thomas Mejtoft, associate professor at the Department of Applied Physics and Electronics, share their experiences from the Teaching Sabbatical programme.

The seminar will be held in English in case of English speaking participants.

Register by 23 January.
