UK Biobank holds proteomic data from 54,306 individuals recently profiled within the UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project (UKB-PPP). This talk will provide an overview of the UKB-PPP consortium’s rationale for conducting high-throughput proteomics at population scale, detailing recent insights gleaned from multiplex proteomic profiling of 54,306 blood plasma samples in the UK Biobank.
