Umeå University Library consists of three libraries. The University Library, the Medical Library and the Arts Campus Library.
The University Library is located in the Social Sciences building in the middle of campus.
The library has literature within most subject areas, a student textbook collection for all of the undergraduate courses at the university, bookable group study rooms, Learning Space UB, reading rooms, bookable resource rooms for students with reading or writing disabilities and 3 computer rooms.

Here you find books, journals and other resources in medicine, odontology, nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. MB is mainly intended for students and staff at the Faculty of Medicine and Västerbotten county council, but is also open to patients and the public. In the library's bright and open space there are many study areas as well as ten bookable group study rooms.

ImageErik VesterbergThe library is located on Arts Campus together with Umeå Academy of Fine Arts, the Institute of Design, the School of Architecture, Curiosum and Bildmuseet.
The Arts Campus Library is aimed at students, researchers and lecturers at the art schools, but is also open to the general public. The library books, journals and electronic resources are oriented towards contemporary art, architecture and design. The library is located on level 0 in the centre of the Arts Campus.
