Get together in Wetlab: Learn more about soldering technique and the basics of electrics!

Did you know that HUMlab-X at Arts Campus has a fully equipped electronic workshop used for experimental work in physical computing and critical making? "Wetlab", as we call it, is often used for courses and workshops, most of them at beginner's level.
During the spring semester of 2013 we will start up a series of "get togethers" where you will learn more about Wetlab and get a short introduction on soldering technique and the basics of electrics.
We are always interested in collaborations! If you have ideas on a project that you would like to develop in Wetlab, do not hesitate to contact our staff, earlier we have for example offered courses on how to repair your old gaming devices.
The first get together is on March 8 at 3 PM (information on dates for more get togethers will be posted at our web page, and do feel free to stop by at HUMlab-X if you have questions).
The maximum number of participants is limited. Please register to karin.jangert@humlab.umu.se no later then March 7 if you want to participate.
