Same password for CAS and AD - problems signing in to CAS

If you by chance have used the Swedish letters å, ä or ö in the password for your AD-account, you won´t be able to sign in to the systems using CAS (Portalen, Cambro etc.).
To get around this problem, those of you who have applied for studies at Umeå University through studera.nu (from now on, Universityadmissions.se) may re-activate your CAS account via your Universityadmissions.se account.
To do this, go to ServiceDesk (link below) to re-activate your CAS user account.
If you don´t have a user account at studera.nu (Universityadmissions.se), you may send a message by creating a new request at ServiceDesk, explaining that you need help to change your CAS password.
