Research project This post-doctoral project aims to develop and improve the pilot-scale crystallization of L-arginine phosphate. Additionally, the possibility of utilizing ash particles from thermal conversion of biomass as nucleation cores for crystallization will be investigated.
Dr Mehrez Hermassi is the post-doc conducting the work and contributes with long experience of crystallization, including phosphates. Currently, fundamental and general solubility data for the system has been determined and the first experiments with ash particles are to be conducted soon.
