The main objective of MINDSET is to strengthen innovation capacity in the NPA area by introducing mission-oriented innovation methods tailored to regional and local needs.
By adapting and developing methods and tools, MINDSET strives to offer the same innovation opportunities at regional and local levels that are typically available at national and European levels.
The project’s main goals are to:
• Develop and introduce methods for Regional Mission-Oriented Innovation (RegMOI) • Strengthen the innovation capacity of local and regional actors through various training initiatives • Implement six pilot missions, two each in the areas of skills supply, climate change, and housing
The primary stakeholders of MINDSET include local and regional authorities, municipalities, infrastructure and service providers, non-profit organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and the general public.
