I received my Ph.D. in Biophysics, Chemical and Macromolecular Physics at Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. My research activity focused on employing Raman spectroscopy approaches to detect different low-concentrated agricultural and food contaminants and to study lipids under various conditions and their thermotropic behavior.
My current research as postdoc in Magnus Andersson lab involves investigating biophysical and biochemical properties of bacterial spores by using different advanced experimental techniques including optical tweezer for the single cell manipulation combined with Raman spectroscopy.
