I enjoy exploring writing as a social practice. For the past three years, I’ve been leading SUAW (Shut Up and Write) groups for doctoral students, and it’s been great watching the groups flourish. I have started a Writing Accountability Group (WAG) for postdocs and early career researchers, which has been super exciting. I’ve also had the pleasure of running highly praised one-day and two-day structured writing retreats for doctoral students. It has been rewarding to help others achieve their writing goals and grow as writers.
