I am a PhD student at the Department of Epidemiology and Global Health. My research focuses on how knowledge development and organizational learning are supported in multi-agency collaborations between schools, healthcare, and social services. A particular focus is on children’s right to participation in local collaboration models such as Health, Learning and Safety (HLT).

I have over ten years of experience in practice-based development work within Swedish social services, particularly in the areas of individual-based systematic follow-up (ISU), implementation support, and evidence-informed practice. I have also contributed to national development initiatives with the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR), the National Board of Health and Welfare, and the Swedish National Agency for Education – particularly on issues related to intimate partner violence and early, coordinated support for children and families.
