My responsibilities include budgeting, financial follow-up, annual closing, forecasting and analysis of financial results. I prepare reports and decision-support material, transforming financial information into clear insights and recommendations for the organisation.
An important part of my work is supporting the management of externally funded projects. This includes responsibility for budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting of project funding, including international funding.
