I am a registered nurse and a certified nursing teacher. My clinical background is mainly from surgical and pre-/post-operative care. I have been teaching at Umeå University since 2018 but am currently a full-time PhD student. Researching the promotion of a more sustainable working life for registered nurses through the development of mentoring.
As a university lecturer, I worked as a teacher and course manager, mainly in the nursing program but also teaching in, for example, med school and police academy. Mainly teaching in practical skills, emergency care, seminars etc. Clinical teacher, assessment of the clnical placements in the nursing program. Assessment of the practical and theoretical part of the NKSE (National Clinical Final Examination).
