I am a geomicrobiologist working on microbial biofilms. A biofilm is an assembly of microorganisms living in a gel composed of exopolymeric substances (EPS). My research aims to study the physico-chemical composition of EPS and to understand its interactions with the environment. I am currently focusing on EPS composition and structure modifications in response to contamination.
