I am a PhD candidate in Epidemiology and Global Health at Umeå University and a lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Health, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. My research explores the interplay between food insecurity, social networks, and health outcomes among older adults. My project combines longitudinal data analysis with a qualitative study of cancer patients aged 60+, focusing on their experiences of food insecurity and social networks.
At Umeå University, I aim to strengthen my skills in social network analysis, qualitative research, and epidemiology, contributing to interdisciplinary research on public health, nutrition, and aging. I am passionate about translating research into actionable insights for health and social policies. Beyond research and teaching, I enjoy exploring Sweden’s cultural and culinary experiences.
