MODU

Design Project 2 (BFA2) 2024

Introducing MODU, an innovative tool organization system tailored for individual craftsmen, optimizing their workflow. The toolbelt, crafted specifically for the female figure, prioritizes ergonomic comfort as well as functionality. With a straightforward attachment mechanism, MODU facilitates effortless switching between tool pouches, empowering craftsmen to customize their setup for optimal efficiency. Complementing this is the versatile tool panel, utilizing the same attachment system as the toolbelt, adaptable for various placements such as ladders or ground proximity. This flexibility allows craftsmen to swiftly swap tools, reducing physical strain as per task requirements. To accommodate the focus on sustainability in the workwear sector. The MODU tool pouch explores the possibilities in designing for disassembly by the user as a conceptual Idea. Made to spark interest and awareness of the importance of sustainable disposal and repair.
