In the process of conducting active interviews.
Finding a way together
This project explores how pensioners and their loved ones can collaboratively navigate the challenges of a changing society. Grounded in participatory design, active interviews, workshops, and co-creative activities with pensioners led to a solution that supports problem-solving through close, trusted relationships. The final service is called Navigator, a digital platform that enables remote support and shared learning between pensioners and their personal networks. With features like guided screen-sharing and collaborative documentation, the service bridges generational gaps and builds confidence over time. Surrounding the platform is a supportive ecosystem of workshops and services to ensure accessibility and trust. Finding a Way Together emphasizes empathy, familiarity, and consistent learning as vital for wellbeing and inclusion.
