The san Francisco hub is all about spending time with people you like while promoting sustainable life style choices in the form of supporting local businesses and providing new forms of mobility.
FiberLabs
FiberLabs, together with Changan, launches the MIMO system which is designed to work as a moving hub for small mobility solutions, but at the same time provide value to its community through providing a movable space for rent that can be used by local businesses. The system is also highly modular, meaning it is easy for cities to customize to reflect the vibe of the city. Just like a mime can play different characters, the MIMETIC MOBILITY system adapts its functions and design based on which city it operates in

The MIMO system in San Fransciso is all about a community feeling, focused on providing a rentable space for local artisan businesses.
The hub moves during the night to different hotspots in the city where it parks, unfolds and spends the following day providing its services to the community.
The Chicago system in chicago focuses on a rentable meeting space for companies and freelancers. It has a fully covered roof top made of sustainable photochromic glass with textures inspired by Chicago architecture.
An example of a meeting in a scenic location, looking out over Lake Michigan.
After the meeting, the users leave MIMO and the roof closes down to prepare for transport towards the recharging station.
