A space for collegial support in creative and collaborative work.
OASEN is a forum for teachers and educational leaders who have completed the course Creativity and Co-creation in Higher Education offered by the Centre for Educational Development (UPL). The forum provides opportunities for continued collegial exchange and collaboration around issues that are current and meaningful in participants' work at the university.
UPL organizes OASEN twice each semester. Each session begins with an activity in which participants identify and explore a topic of particular importance to them through aesthetic expression. This is followed by collegial coaching in small groups, focusing on each participant's chosen topic. Finally, each group shares key insights from the coaching process, giving all participants an overall picture of the themes and ideas that emerged during the session.
Registration
Dates for OASEN sessions are announced before each academic year. Registration takes place through the Canvas site “OASEN – A Space for Collegial Support in Creative and Collaborative Work.”
