Natalie is a PhD candidate in business administration, specialising in management, at Umeå School of Business and Economics, Umeå University. Her academic background is in philosophy and psychology (B.Sc.), and she holds a master's degree in leadership and organisation from the Department of Sociology at Umeå University. She also has a design education from London College of Communication.
Outside academia, she has experience in organisational development and project management in the private sector, as well as in entrepreneurship, design, and consulting in her own business. She has been a trained mindfulness teacher since the early 2000s.
In addition to her doctoral research, she teaches on the courses ‘Organisation’ (undergraduate level) and ‘People – The human side of organising’ (master’s level).
