If you want to appeal a decision of employment, it must be delivered to the University within three weeks from the date when the decision was notified on the official notice-board and the information was given to you. If not delivered in time, the appeal will be dismissed.
The letter of appeal shall be made in writing and directed to Överklagandenämnden för högskolan, but be delivered to:
Registrator Umeå universitet SE-901 87 Umeå Sweden
In the letter, you shall indicate which decision you are appealing against (note the reference number – dnr), the alteration to the decision you desire and the reason for your appeal.
