Researcher in computational ecology and ecosystem function modeling at Umeå University. My work focuses on empirical dynamical modeling, time-series causality analysis, and environmental DNA. 

I do research in statistics on different geometrical objects such as inferense and filtering on manifolds

Unraveling the effects of the circadian clock and the rhythmicity in related genes’ expression on tree physiology.

Research interests: combinatorics and graph theory.

I am a Postdoctoral fellow supervised ny Gerold Jager. I am mostly working on discrete mathematics, combinatorics and algorithmic graph theory.
