About the course
The course deepens the knowledge in the field of Biomedical engineering and provides training in planning, implementing and both oral and written presentation of an independent project. The student must critically examine and present the results through an oral presentation and a written report in the format of the scientific essay. The project involves normal work in an environment with professional hospital engineers and other healthcare personnel and aims at the same time to strengthen the future professional role. The project can also be carried out at a company or authority with a close connection to the area.

EligibilityUniversity: a total of 240 credits, of which 30 credits in Biomedical engineering advanced level. Proficiency in English equivalent to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies and Swedish for basic eligibility for university studies if the training is given in Swedish.
