In the course students are introduced to the principles of sustainability and how its discourse has evolved over time. Students gain an understanding of the role and responsibility of the architect to design sustainable built environments given today's socio-ecological urgencies.

      Eligibility General entry requirements and Mathematics 3b or 3c or Mathematics Further level 1b or 1c or Mathematics C, Science Studies 2/level 2, Civics 1b or 1a1+1a2/level 1b or 1a1+1a2. Science Studies can be replaced by Chemistry 1/level 1 and Physics 1a or 1b1+1b2/level 1a1+1a2 or level 1b.
