Find your welcome letter

Use the search function to find the course or programme you have been admitted to. There you will find a welcome letter with important information to know as a newly admitted student.

How to find your welcome letter

1. Search for your programme or course

2. The welcome letter is displayed under the heading "Admitted to the programme" or "Admitted to the course".

If it is not there, the department will ensure that you receive the welcome information in another way before the programme/course starts. If you are already a student at Umeå University, you will also see your welcome letter on the student website under "ongoing courses".
