Find your welcome letter

Use the search function to find the course or programme you have been admitted to. There you will find a welcome letter with important information to know as a newly admitted student.

How to find your welcome letter: International admission round

1. Search for your programme or course

2. The welcome letter is displayed under the heading "Admitted to the programme" or "Admitted to the course".

If it is not there, you can try to search for it on this page or the department will ensure that you receive the welcome information in another way before the programme/course starts. If you are already a student at Umeå University, you will also see your welcome letter on the student website under "ongoing courses".

We are currently updating the system for our welcome information. As a result, it may be located in different places depending on which admission round you were admitted in. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
