Contents
The course provides an introductory overview of artistic research and development within the area of Fine Arts on the basis of current research- and development work. Research at the department is presented.
Expected learning outcomes
After completing the course the student should be able to
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current research- and development work within the area of Fine Arts, as well as
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how such work is documented and presented.
Required Knowledge
A prerequisite for the course is that you have a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent, and if you apply as an exchange student your work samples that you applied with are approved. Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English B/6.
Form of instruction
Instruction consists of seminars and practical exercises with individual tasks. Language of instruction is English.
Examination modes
The course is assessed continuously in seminars where individual activities are written and / or oral. Grading system: Pass or Fail.
