Contents
Upon completion of the course, the student will; be able to apply basic NMR theory; realise how the spectroscopic parameters can be used to derive chemical knowledge; be acquainted with the instrumentation and possess the knowledge to choose relevant NMR experiments with respect to the problems posed; be able to process and analyse 1- and 2-dimensional NMR spectra; be able to suggest strategies for investigations of chemical structure by NMR.
Required Knowledge
Bioorganic Chemistry (15 ECTS, 5KE010/5KE011), or the equivalent.
