After completion of the course, for the grade Passed, the student shall be able to:

Module 1. Project description according to instructions, 1 credit

ELO 1. Create a feasible project plan for a thesis, with a content and workload that matches the scope and subject of the course
ELO 2. Make assessments regarding relevant societal and ethical aspects in relation to the project

Module 2. Execution and presentation, 14 credits
ELO 3. Use subject and scientific knowledge and abilities to solve questions within the subject area
ELO 4. Use a scientific approach
ELO 5. Plan, execute, present in writing and orally, and defend a scientific study within the subject area
ELO 6. Carry out work whose scope that corresponds to the scope of the course
ELO 7. Use a method/methods that is/are relevant to current research question(s)
ELO 8. Explain and analyse relevant theories and results within the project in the chosen subject area
ELO 9. Review and comment on similar work

After completion of the course, for the grade Passed with Distinction, the student shall be able to:
