Abstract

In an era where generative AI is reshaping our digital landscape, this presentation explores how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing dark patterns—subtle design choices which manipulate users into actions they might not otherwise take. From hyper-personalized interfaces to vulnerabilities in real-time that exploit our human tendency to trust, we will examine how generative AI is creating entirely new categories of digital coercion.
