The National Expert Council on Climate Adaptation issued its first report this February and shows that many measures require coordination rather than costs.

UTRI researcher Carina Keskitalo, Professor of Political Science at the Department of Geography, Umeå University, is vice chair of the council and presents the climate adaptation issue in general and an overview of the Council's recommendations to government.
