Show up at your computer just the way you are! This is for you if you want to let go of mental stress, improve your flexibility and find peace of mind. No pre-registration required.

This is a gentle, slow form of yoga where we hold our positions for 3-5 minutes. Meditation and stretching at the same time. This yoga aims to practice relaxation in your muscles and stretch connective tissue. Yin yoga helps you release mental stress, improve mobility and achieve a calmer minder.

This is a recurring event each friday during the spring semester. Instructions are given in english.

This event is arranged by Linnaeus University, and students at Umeå University and SLU are welcome to join due to our partnership with Studenthalsa.se, the national platform for Student Health.
