Humlab is a resource primarily for teachers, researchers and doctoral students within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. Subject to availability, our premises can be rented by teachers from other faculties that need the kind of flexible spaces and advanced technology found in our lab.
To rent Humlab’s facilities, your event, project, or teaching activity must have a clear connection to our operations or areas of interest: the humanities, flexible learning environments, digital technology, and/or culture.
Computer stations
The premises beneath the University Library offer five computer workstations, six screen stations, and one drawing tablet. These are equipped with software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design and editing tools. There are also areas available for larger group work or individual study when the space is not booked for teaching or other events.
