NEWS Infocenter and ITS Servicedesk are moving to Aurora from the autumn semester. At the same time, the Student Health Service and Study Guidance drop-in services will move to the area behind Aula Nordica, with access via Aurora. The changes are due to the refurbishment of Universum
The refurbishment will require the entire Universum building to close, and the activities currently based there will temporarily move to other premises. The aim is to create a modern and attractive meeting place for students and staff.
From the start of construction in autumn 2026, the Student Health Service and Study Guidance drop-in services will move to premises behind Aula Nordica, with access via Aurora on level 3. The it-support ITS Servicedesk will be located in Aurora on level 1, and Infocenter on level 2. These temporary locations will remain in place throughout the refurbishment period.
