Jakub Motrenko is visiting the Department of Sociology

During the week September 16-22, dr Jakub Motrenko from the Institute of Sociology, University of Warsaw, is visiting the department.
Jakub’s research interests include philosophy and sociology of science, history of sociology, and social theory. He is also the Editor-in-chief of the interdisciplinary journal State of Affairs (Stan Rzeczy). During his stay here in Umeå, Jakub will be working on a book project on the history of Polish sociology.
