The Swedish Government is now recommending all universities to conduct all teaching remotely from tomorrow, Wednesday 18 March. More information about how this will take place at Umeå University will be made available over the course of the day.
During a press conference this morning, the Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfvén informed that the Swedish Government is now recommending all Swedish universities and higher education institutions to conduct their teaching online from tomorrow, Wednesday 18 March.
The Extended Management Team – consisting of the University Management, deans and head of security – is now convening with regards to the new recommendation. Decisions on how Umeå University will handle this new situation will be made available over the course of the day.
